Meet Princess—one of our very special yellow labs, and clearly a master of stealth. If you look closely, you’ll find her tucked beneath a cozy quilt, peeking out with a gaze that says, “I’m over this.”

Princess is currently in recovery after a recent surgery (don’t worry, all is well!). What she isn’t allowed to do right now? Run. Jump. Play ball. Roughhouse with her best buddy. All the things that make life very worth living in the eyes of an energetic lab.

So instead, she waits. Wrapped in softness, camouflaged like a canine ninja, Princess is enduring her rest period with a mix of patience and quiet protest. Her spirit’s ready to chase butterflies, but her body still needs a little more time.
